บริษัท โฟร์โนล็อค จำกัด ขอชี้แจงในประเด็นข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับ “เจมส์ ธีรดนย์” ในสังคมออนไลน์ และสื่อต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น

ประกาศสำคัญจาก บริษัท โฟร์โนล็อค จำกัด

เนื่องจากสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา มีประเด็นข้อสงสัยบนสังคมออนไลน์ และในสื่อต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับ “เจมส์-ธีรดนย์ ศุภพันธุ์ภิญโญ”
หนึ่งในสมาชิกวง TRINITY ซึ่งได้ลบข้อความอันแสดงถึงต้นสังกัดออกจากอินสตาแกรมส่วนตัว ทางบริษัท โฟร์โนล็อค จำกัด
จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องขอชี้แจง ดังนี้

1.ขณะนี้ทางบริษัทฯ และ เจมส์ กำลังอยู่ระหว่างการหาข้อตกลงร่วมกันทางกฎหมายในเรื่องของสัญญา

2. หลังจากนี้เป็นต้นไป วง TRINITY จะดำเนินกิจกรรมต่อไป โดยมีสมาชิก 3 คน ได้แก่ เติร์ด ปอร์เช่ แจ็คกี้ และจะตั้งใจร่วมกันทำงานอย่างเต็มที่ต่อไปในอนาคต

ทางบริษัทฯ ขอความร่วมมือให้หลีกเลี่ยงการกระทำ การโพสต์ข้อความ ภาพ เสียง หรืออื่นใดก็ตาม ที่สร้างความเสียหาย
ต่อบริษัทและศิลปิน มิฉะนั้นทางบริษัทฯ มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องดำเนินการทางกฎหมายกับผู้ที่กระทำการดังกล่าวสุดท้ายนี้ ขอขอบคุณที่สนับสนุนศิลปีนทุกคนด้วยดีเสมอมา และหวังว่าจะเป็นกำลังใจให้ต่อไปในอนาคต

According to the uncertain issue that has been raised in social media regarding the fact that James, Teeradon Supaphanpinyo, a member of TRINITY, has omitted the term referring to his artist label in his personal Instagram, 4NOLOGUE would like to clarify the current situation as follow;

1. James is currently in the midst of a legal discussion with the company about the contract.

2. TRINITY will henceforth continue with 3 members, Third, Porsche and Jackie. The company and the artists have our full intention to work hard and create future projects together.

Additionally, please be informed that messages, images, remarks or any actions that lead to the negative
reputation of the company as well as the artists could be considered to the legal state. Therefore, please
